1. Agreement

By accessing or using LakasHub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use LakasHub on behalf of a business (e.g., a gym or fitness center), you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

LakasHub is a cloud-based gym management platform. The services include:

  • Member management with profile photos and RFID assignment
  • Membership plans, activation codes, and subscription tracking
  • Point-of-sale (POS) system with Cash, GCash, and Bank Transfer support
  • RFID check-in/check-out monitoring with real-time lobby displays
  • RFID door lock integration for physical access control
  • Multi-branch management with staff role assignments
  • Class scheduling and member enrollment
  • Facility booking system (single, date range, and recurring bookings)
  • Financial dashboards, reports, and expense tracking
  • Fitness program creation and member assignment
  • Theme customization and branding

We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts & Roles

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

LakasHub supports multiple user roles: Super Admin, Manager, Cashier, Instructor, and Member. Account holders (Super Admin) are responsible for the actions of staff accounts they create.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the platform only through the provided web interface and authorized API endpoints
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the system
  • Not upload malicious files, spam, or illegal content
  • Comply with applicable Philippine laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173)
  • Ensure member data entered into the system is collected with proper consent

5. Pricing & Billing

  • LakasHub is billed at ₱50 per active subscribed member per month
  • A minimum monthly fee of ₱999 applies regardless of member count
  • Billing is based on active members with a valid, non-expired subscription at the time of billing
  • All features are included — there are no tier restrictions or add-on fees
  • Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period

6. Data Ownership & Responsibility

  • Your data is yours. All member data, transaction records, and business information you enter belongs to you
  • We act as a data processor on your behalf. You are the data controller responsible for obtaining member consent
  • Upon account termination, you may request a full data export before deletion
  • Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy

7. RFID & Physical Access

If you use LakasHub's RFID door lock integration:

  • You are responsible for the physical installation and maintenance of RFID scanner hardware
  • LakasHub provides the API and validation logic; we do not supply hardware
  • Each RFID door device is authenticated with unique credentials that you must keep secure
  • Access decisions (door open/lock) are based on member plan status and branch availability at the time of scan
  • LakasHub is not liable for physical security incidents resulting from hardware failure, network outages, or misconfigured devices

8. Intellectual Property

The LakasHub platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by LakasHub and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your gym business operations. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, though we aim for 99.9% uptime
  • We are not liable for lost revenue, data loss, or damages arising from service interruptions, except where caused by our gross negligence
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim

10. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support
  • We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or abusive behavior
  • Upon termination, you have 30 days to request a data export before your data is permanently deleted

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date will be revised. Material changes will be communicated via email to account holders. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
