By accessing or using LakasHub, you agree to these Terms. If you use LakasHub on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind the business to these Terms.

LakasHub provides software to manage gym operations, including members, plans, POS, RFID check-ins, and reporting. We may update features without prior notice.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the services or attempt to access them using a method other than the interface provided.
• Comply with applicable laws, including privacy and data protection.
• Do not infringe on intellectual property rights.

5. Payment & Billing

Paid plans and billing terms are provided at purchase. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. You authorize us to charge the provided payment method.

6. Data & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data. By using LakasHub, you consent to data processing consistent with that policy.

7. Intellectual Property

LakasHub, including its content and software, is owned by us and licensed to you for use under these Terms. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the services.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

The services are provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for non-payment. You may stop using the services at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date.
